National Youth Leader Training

National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) is the pinnacle of Boy Scout training for youth.  Every Troop deserves a Senior Patrol Leader who is trained and prepared for the responsibilities he faces.  NYLT offers training in advanced scout skills and teaches the eleven points of leadership.  This course is supervised by adults and taught by boys.  It emphasizes the methods of a boy-led troop. 

There will be only 48 available spaces for this course. There is a limit of 2 Scouts per unit until February 28th, 2012. Additional Scouts will be put on a waiting list

Scouts must be 13 years old and First Class by May 31, 2012 to be eligible.
