Reedy Falls District Summer Day Camp |
|
Reedy
Falls district will be combined with the Foothills district camp this year. We have been able to secure a new location so more adult leaders will be able to help volunteer and to bring our camping experience closer to your homes. The new location has a safe camp environment for a quality program for our kids. This year we will be having our camp at TAYLORS FIRST BAPTIST PARK AREA. Last year we had some of the best volunteers I have ever seen and we MUST help with leadership once again. With that said the district is requiring any pack that sends 5 or more youth to secure and provide at least one adult. We want you as parents to be able to spend a fun filled week with your son. Flyers to sign up will be mailed to your home soon please get them in to the Scout office as soon as possible. For more information about signing up as a youth or adult leader please see the FOOTHILLS district day camp information.

Unit Leaders' Tool Box
Important Council Updates and links promoting the celebration of 100 Years of Scouting to engage your Scouts, parents, friends and Scouting alumni in the 100th Anniversary Celebration.
Alumni Connection
Through the BSA Alumni Connection, you can find Scouting friends and mentors, add your story to the growing BSA 100th Anniversary online scrapbook, and find out how you can re-engage with Scouting programs.
Generations Connection
For many, Scouting is a tradition that is handed down generation to generation. Scouting provides the opportunity to strengthen ties between family members, create great family memories, and develop a shared family foundation of worthwhile virtues and values. The Generations Connection encourages Scouts to explore the positive impact of Scouting on families through a program centered around the enduring symbol of the tree.
