Troops mark your calendar for March 26-28. The district camporee will be held at
Sadlers
Creek
State Park in the Primative Area. Webelos II are invited to camp as dens or may come and visit for the day. The focus for this event is Basic Scout Skills (knot tying, fire building, tent pitching, etc.) This event is being sponsored by the OA Canupa Chapter. Scouting for Food Totals are due, please report the amount of food (a bag weighs about 8 lbs), # who participated from your unit and who you donated the food to. Camp will begin
Monday, June 14, 2010 and will last through
June 18, 2010. We will meet daily at
Darwin
Wright
Park in
Anderson between the hours of
8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. All Cub Scouts, plus leaders and parents of the Six and Twenty District are invited to attend! Cost to get your cub enrolled will be $70.00, late fee will be $75.00. This fee will cover your Cub Scout for the entire week of Camp! Get your registration and volunteer forms in early to help us adequately prepare for your sons den..

On top of all the amazing skills and unique experiences that your son will make he will also receive a camp patch, camp tee shirt, craft projects, several belt loops and a hamburger lunch at the closing ceremony on Friday!

Eagle board of Reviews meetings will be held once a month at the library, off of
Fant Street in
Anderson. Terry King has done an outstanding job working with our upcoming Eagles. If you’re Troop has an upcoming Eagle Candidate call Terry King at 231-7914 to reserve a spot. Meeting held at
7:00 on the Last Thursday of every month.
