We’re sorry to see you go! This page outlines the process for permanently deleting your account with us. Please be aware that this action is irreversible and will remove all your associated data. Kindly note that Deleting your account will also remove your access to Blue Ridge Council mobile app.

Please follow the instructions below to Delete your account.
How to Request Deletion
To delete your account or user data:
- Log in to your account in mobile app.
- Go to Profile
- Click on Delete Account button
- Confirm by clicking the Delete button on the alert
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 working days.
Please note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon successful confirmation from you, we will delete:
- Your user account
- All Feedback data shared.
- Any saved preferences or settings
- Any personal data stored in our system
